To check eligibility for the grant and rehabilitation basket, a grant claim must be filled out online on the website for every insured person aged 18 and over.
A claim for a child will be submitted by the parent who receives the child allowance or the person in whose custody the child is.

Important information!
Even if you think you may be eligible for several grants, you must submit a single claim and based on the details you have provided, we will determine what you are entitled to.
A grant claim can be submitted until 31.12.2025.
Residents of Avshalom and Yabul will be able to submit:
- Application for a grant by 30/6/2026
- Receipts for reimbursement of rehabilitation expenses by 31/12/2026
